What you will do:

The Clinic Services Associate is the face of Hearing Solutions. You will be first friendly smile that our patients see when they walk through a Hearing Solutions door. 

The right person for this role is someone who truly enjoys helping and communicating with people first and foremost.  You should also be patient and comfortable interacting with seniors.  To be successful in this role, you should be capable of building relationships and establishing trust and influencing behaviour and decisions.

In addition, you must be detailed and systems savvy to be able to learn various systems and processes. This role has its fair share of office administration, so someone who can effectively juggle and manage various priorities with ease will find it easier to fulfill the requirements of this role.

What you bring:

  • Post secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Experience in customer and/or sales focused role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong telephone skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and cold call effectively
  • Team player who takes ownership to meet personal goals, but also supports the department in achieving outcomes
  • Proactive customer service approach, with strong listening skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • High level of attention to detail and follow-through skills
  • Experience in a goal-oriented, KPI driven, and performance-based work environment
  • Proficient with MS Office and other business systems and technology
  • Personable and a naturally friendly individual who can naturally build relationships, most often with the senior demographic

We are searching for an experienced and passionate individual to join our amazing appointment contact center team! This is an important role where your contributions will have meaning and impact, and where you can learn and grow your career.

What you will do:

This patient interacting role entails providing an outstanding customer experience by efficiently booking clinical appointments in our appointment center.  Key responsibilities in this role include, handling both inbound and proactively making outbound calls, building relationships with patients, scheduling their appointments, maintaining a patient database, while working in a performance-driven and supportive team environment.

What you bring:

  • Post secondary education
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, call center or related capacity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience handling a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to speak clearly and confidently while promoting our products and services
  • Personable and a naturally friendly individual who can build trusted relationships, most often with a senior demographic
  • Proficiency using CRM system (customer relationship management) and/or online booking platforms and experience maintaining electronic patient files
  • Team player who is driven to meet personal goals, but also who supports the department in achieving national outcomes
  • Top notch organizational and multi-tasking skills, with a commitment to excellence
  • Experience in a goal-oriented and performance-based call center is considered an asset, but not a requirement as training is available
  • Interest in hearing healthcare and commitment to helping others
  • Excellent organization and follow-through skills
  • Proficiency with technology and systems, including Outlook, Word, Excel, ERP/business systems, MS Teams or other online sharing/collaborations platforms
